Sooooo, I'm looking at loads to leave the house. Find one going to Iowa that I like, time to stretch the legs for a bit....
The load is a live load with an open appt between 7 am to 1:30 pm with a 90 minute load time.....
I've never been to this customer, so, like I ALWAYS do, I call the customer to confirm the appt time and details...
Long story short, the appt is 1 pm FIRM, no window, no chance the load will be ready early, as the customer will be picking and packing the load in the am....
This is the kind of stuff that makes me wonder what CS is smoking....
Imagine if I had started my clock and driven to the customer to be there at 7 am. I would have wasted SIX hours of my 14 because of a CS FUBAR....
