Companies requesting member info happens rarely... Maybe twice a year on average, probably less. I let them know that our privacy policy is legally binding and prevents us from sharing member information. It hasn't gone much farther than that, but I have a budget for legal expenses that I dip into when necessary.
Not coming to Schneider at this time.

Schneider wants to differ all the costs of an owner operator but wants to maintain company driver control.
This NEW Contract Is JUST another example of how much control they want over the IC's.
