Not coming to Schneider at this time.

@workingklasshero - I understand your points, I truly do. However sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

And on the other side DFO, Sadwar, and Ricky Bobby convinced me that Choice wasn't in my best interest. Not thru any direct conversation but in their diary posts.

 

I'm not sure why he ranted about a driver recruiting other drivers.

First it's our human nature to tell others when we find something we like. It's called word of mouth advertising.

Second, if someone is going to pay you to spread the word, why wouldn't you?

I only have a problem when someone is not telling the whole truth in order to get others to join.

The choice program is simple but it's not easy. If I were recruiting someone I would stress the hard work not the simplicity of it. I started here lady October & I've done really well by MY standards.

With that being said, would I recommend someone coming to Schneider right now? No. I'm not sure how long I will be here.

 

I went all the way to Missouri for mine. Could be anywhere.

 

Got my empty off the yard in Charlotte. It was out of service for a tire, just ran it through express after asking the shop.

 

On a positive note..: I'm still doing fine and my average is the same. Still bringing home 3k a week, so I can't complain. I'm not a fool to think things have not change. They change all the time. You have too change with the fright. There are a few things I could do too up my revenue. But I'm lazy... I will stick too the 4200 gross a week and net about 3k. Easy money!!!!

 

Yep those that adjust with the changing times will survive. Until the economy loosens up, freight will be tight. With these two knuckleheads running for office don't expect it anytime soon.
