    Hi maybe you heard this many times but I'm trying to find a website that has all the information regarding the minimum required regulation wise to start expediting with a cargo van ,

    Like Ragman says, there are to many vans.

    If you want to try a Van anyway or Straight Truck, try running for a Fleet Owner first. The earnings aren't as good, but you have less risk and personal investment driving someone else's vehicle before buying your own.

    I'm not sure if there are alternatives like CEVA Logistics. I think they have local divisions in certain cities.

    Some other companies operate as local Couriers in Vans or Straight trucks in some metro areas.
