So here is my issue, HIGH oil pressure, mechanical gauge has confirmed this, replaced the oil pressure reduction value, check the oil cooler and it has no issues, oil pan is clean, checked the turbo no issues there.
Has anyone else every had something like this? Its a 1998 Series 1 Volvo 770
Thanks

OP, what oil are you using?
I hope there isn't any of that Lucas crap in it....
If you're 15W-40 change it to 10W-30 or 5W-30 it'll drop pressure a little but increase the flow. -
Will oil pressure scencer keep it from starting upr hard to start
-
So what did you figure out, what was the solution.

So what was the solutions or fix to this.
The oil pressure sensor shares a ground with the EGR, is there a way to bypass that if you're running a delete? -
