    Has anyone on here gone to Columbia SC for their orientation. I'm an experienced driver. Just no flatbed experience. The recruiter told me the other day that so far there are only 6 or 7 guys scheduled that week. I'm supposed to be there Tuesday through Friday. Then maybe ride with a trainer one or two weeks to get some on the job training for load securement etc.
    Also ...nothing to do with this topic. But I see on The TMC site pictures of this weeks honor roll student. What did he do extra to receive an award? I guess what Im wondering is what did the other guys do less than him. To me you either pass or fail, Period. I apologize if I look like a wise *** . I'm not trying to.

    you have test(s) u take during orientation. ranked 0 to 100% like F - failed to A passed , the highest scores added up over the orientation class makes u #1, just like High School
