Out and about in the Philipsburg NJ area off 22 on my CB....

There are idiots out there. FCC is the agency that oversees the radio spectrum. However enforcement on the cb band is rare. You have to do the leg work. Provide recordings of the idiot, locate them with reasonable certainty, demonstrate their activity is detrimental to the hobby then the FCC will review and decide whether action is warranted. It would start with a warning letter if they do anything.

 

$3.27 for gas? Dang...Just filled up the ol' Suburban this afternoon for $1.76 a gallon... Haven't seen gas prices around here over $3 in a couple years or better.

 

That's what I was thinking just paid 2.55 for premium today in pa.

 

FCC is the boss of all radio and so forth. They are the ones to call.

The gas prices are crazy there. Much less than that here in Arkansas thank god.

I thought those prices were crazy, I drove by the exit yesterday and TA had the price at about 1.90. I remember about early June time, both the ta and pilot were fight for 1.60ish.

 

If you thought there was some kind of medical emergency, or something that really didn't sound right you should have called the police. They would have contacted their CB toteing React buddies and found that transmitter right quick.

Some old dude is dead and rotting next to his mic because you wasn't a responsible adult.

That's what I thought...Didn't think gas was that high around there...Along with that picture, I'm starting to not put allot of stock in what this guy posts either...sure would like to see a picture of this phantom CB...
