Happy weekend Owner/Operators if you are home and in the Highway. I pull Containers in Ohio State but like to move into Hazmat/Tanker Companies but not sure to sign. I need to know the Positives and Negatives of this new Program and What to expect in terms of Safety, DOT and its daily working Program or should I stay in the Container Business.

Appreciate for all the Help and Guidance.

    Regards,

What you can do is lease your tractor or drive company for a carrier like Trimac or Schneider if they will hire you. How many years of non container liquid experience do you have?

What new program are you talking about?

Safety is paramount and you are an automatic target for the DOT when you fly a diamond. In general the reward doesn't equal the risk.

    Good luck

If yer really wanting to give it a try, look at Schneider. They'll train you. To their standards. Otherwise, you probably won't find a carrier that will take you on.

    iland300 Thanks this.
