Let's see if anyone can clear this up. A driver parks illegal at Flying J. Manager comes out and tells them to move as they are blocking stuff. Drivers say NO I'm out of hours. Manager sorry not my problem!
Point here is can police n manager make you move if you are parked illegally on private property. Everyone says NO but there is nothing to back them up...

It's private property. They can tell you to get out for any reason. Don't want to move? Police call a tow truck and your gone.
sgt slaughter, scythe08, LGarrison and 15 others Thank this. -
Private property or not, if your told to move because your blocking something, then you were in the wrong from the start and your still wrong if you say no, I'm out of hours. It literally is not the mangers problem.
Look up private property laws. That should clear it up for you.rabbiporkchop, brian991219, passingthru69 and 2 others Thank this. -
Happens all the time, if they are blocking fire lane for example Carlisle, PA. Manager said everyday he force drivers to move or get a ticket.
