I'll take a live unload any day of the week knowing I'm going to have an empty when it's done and won't have to sacrifice time and possibly the next load.
Granted you run into that live appointment that may detain you from time to time but honestly I haven't really had any issues there except for one disaster with a grocery warehouse on a load going home but customer service took care of me once it got to the point of ludicrous.

With all live load/unloads it better be paying a lot more than here for all the wasted time. -
Did a 120 mile load that was a live unload at amazon a couple days ago, took 4 hours.
Took longer than getting the load and driving there.
It's a crap shoot no matter what I pick usually.
However I've got my own no haul list for customers that have taken forever more than once. -
