Speed in theory. And it appears they are blocking videos on the basic as well. May be blocking other types of traffic as well

I use PDANet for a tether to bypass my 7GB tethering on T-Mobile. It's a pay app but I've had it for like 6 years, and one purchase transfers to any phone and works on any computer. It's also very stable which I like.

the only good thing about the pilot wifi(premium and all)is that, as a company driver, i don't pay the fuel which is what gets me the points so....i'm not really out much. just frustration if i'm hoping for a good connection. which is why i have my verizon jet pack to fall back on.

but yea....what a crappy internet connection on the whole.

    Since it got bumped anyway.

The WiFi Hotspot only works on some phones and some carriers.

If you can, get one of the new phones. Note 5, s6, oright hold out for the s7. They really did a nice job updating, plus I have unlimited data and 5g hot spot for 100 a month.29 a month for my note 5, no money down

    ;);)
Two words:MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN. That, and a lack of towers to relay the signal. All the technology in the world but we have yet to defeat the rules of LINE OF SIGHT. ;)

I use a hotspot on my unlimited data line, I keep it in truck usually.

I've used the Free WiFi inside.
Seemed to work pretty good when I have used it.
