Speed in theory. And it appears they are blocking videos on the basic as well. May be blocking other types of traffic as well

I use PDANet for a tether to bypass my 7GB tethering on T-Mobile. It's a pay app but I've had it for like 6 years, and one purchase transfers to any phone and works on any computer. It's also very stable which I like.

the only good thing about the pilot wifi(premium and all)is that, as a company driver, i don't pay the fuel which is what gets me the points so....i'm not really out much. just frustration if i'm hoping for a good connection. which is why i have my verizon jet pack to fall back on.
but yea....what a crappy internet connection on the whole. -

If you can, get one of the new phones. Note 5, s6, oright hold out for the s7. They really did a nice job updating, plus I have unlimited data and 5g hot spot for 100 a month.29 a month for my note 5, no money down

I use a hotspot on my unlimited data line, I keep it in truck usually.
I've used the Free WiFi inside.
Seemed to work pretty good when I have used it.
