yes sir finally everything's ok now,you was right
it was wiring's problems,corroded and some connections from that place what you told me before

Here is the Reports from Dealer :

Cause : Found no power at fuse 71 and 72.
Correction: 705-M674841- Installed driveline and check codes- has no communication with VECU.
Found no power at fuse 71 and 72. Troubleshoot power 17A. Followed wire back and found corroded wire at 14 pin connection.
Remove 17A from connection. Clean conn and install new male and female end.
Confirm power- OK.
Resecure harness and clear all codes. Check operation - All OK.

I have the same issue. 2008 Volvo Vnl430 just would not start. Pulled all the relay switches it started then went into the j1587 error unable to communicate. Checked the fuse and unhooked the battery's. No luck.

make sure there is power coming to the vehicle ecu, check to make sure you have proper power at all fuses

Did your truck come.with a battery cutoff switch? I have had the same issue that you describe but it would always go away months on end. I finally replaced the cutoff switch and made a world of difference on my electical gremlins.
