haven't run a pneumatic for years but im trying to get a grip on this big cfm thing (1k). what kind of time for unloading are we talking? is 68,000 lbs of cement in 1 hr fast enough or 72,000 lbs of frac sand in 1 1/2hrs are those fast enough? this all under 15 psi maybe 12 psi (been awhile). this is from pull in time to hoses away ready to roll. all with a 660 workhorse (that goes back a few years be for md stallions) no melt plugs didn't burn the blower up doing this didn't fracture the end plates of the blower didn't rupture the trailer run for years like this just payed attention to the blowers limits. the hardest thing i had to blow off was a load of molasses in the winter (should have pumped it off). oh ya this was right beside a drum 880 doing the same product and the same unload time. don't know what the other driver was doing as far as pressures but we pulled in and out at the same time. so what did the big cfm do? still got (2) those blowers and i'd take 2000.00 for blowers, drivelines, pto's and what ever else is with them
