Here's the company video for the pre-work screening:

My question is how many reps of each part do you have to do? If it's just a couple, I'm good. If it's a bunch, I better start getting in shape for it now.

I don't know, this sounds more like avoiding workman comp claims than it does driving safety. They're certainly shrinking their hiring pool.

Hi Ducky! I was but have decided to not do tankers yet. I want to go more places and be able to take a passenger if I want to. Later on I may settle down to it. What are you up to now?

System driver for Superior. We pretty much go everywhere but no passengers allowed. But that is not an issue for me.

May go haul fuel local here shortly. Superior has been good to me though.

I would like to be able to occasionally take my kids and spouse--just not all the time! LOL! My understanding of Superior in Greer, SC is that it's mostly out and backs.

The other two I was considering were Jim Palmer and Maverick (Glass division). They may be in my future too. I don't want 40K in a truck with a trainer but like that Jim Palmer is all west of Ohio--very appealing. Maverick Glass does 48 and Canada and pays quite well, however, I want to be in better shape. They mean business with their screening test, lots can't do it.

So, I figure Roehl is a good company and I like their training set up. The pay isn't the greatest for the long run but will be fine while I'm learning the business for a year or two--which is why I don't mind signing their contract.
