The three mobility vans are about 15,000 and the upfitted dual wheel sprinter is 8,000 trailer weighs 11,500 truck weighs 16,000
I can only go 50,800 max as I cant get more than 10,800 on my steer.
Had to move them around a bit, but Inam right at 20,000 on trailer and 19,780 on drives and 10,650 on the steer not quite full on fuel.

lol, Im not sure they pay much attention if you are under 54,000, at least it seems that way, I thought that running an s/a at close to max would set off a bunch of bells and whistles, but so far, not so much?

Hmm, maybe the WIM strips can't easily tell the difference between single and tandem? I know I usually get the red light when I'm over 33,750 on a tandem...

If you turned the 1st mobility van around, would that add weight to the tractor & off the trailer? Or is the mobility stuff heavier than the engine/transmission? Do you have load gauges or did you have to scale? Is your steer weight always under 11K or is it just because of the shape of this load didn't allow the fifth wheel as far forward?

That looks like a pretty neat puzzle as long as you aren't pressed for time. Like Tetris for big boys...

I don't like those mobility Caravans, I can't get them to clear the hump on my upper deck without getting out, lifting the deck so it is level then continuing otherwise they bottom out. I really like your setup, maybe I will come drive for you when I retire, then it can all be your hassle and I will just collect the big paycheck LOL! By the way, love that green, I had a very similar shade on my tow truck fleet, two toned with a dark forest green accent and reflective gold striping.

Cant turn van around as I couldnt tuck it in the belly, unless you mean the one up in the air, cant turn that one around as I am right at 13, 6 I had to scale it and the max full of fuel on f/a is 10,800 as 5th is stationary, couldnt move it anyway only 6 inches between front of sprinter and back of cab. It rides really well.

Your right B, those vans can be a hassle, cant tell you how many stinger guys have come in thinking they would load 6 only to find out 5 was max.
