Pride of the Tribe!

Been a long time sick I've done an update, hope all of yall are staying safe and enjoying your travels!

Been back with navajo express 3 months now and I've definitely found my home! I've done alot of heavy meat runs (tyson, national beef, jbs you name it) each meat run I've gotten is at least 500 miles. Im averaging about 2500 miles a week. Got 3250 last week $.

They done away with the stupid salary pay finally and got .34 cents a mile staring out which to me isn't bad being 24 with 8 months otr exp. So that's definitely a plus cause that salary thing was one of the only things I didn't care for..

I do 2 weeks out 2 days home and my DM gets me home on time, every time! I freakin love that man!

West 11. Haven't seen any load east of the i35 corridor except once and it was just to Joliet il then right back west. I love that because the east coast sucks so much butt.

All trucks are comfort pro or thermo king tripac apu's with inverters.

Mostly all kw 680s. Mines 2016 680. Very comfy.

All in all. Miles are here. If you're nice to your DM they will be nice to you. Sure, sometimes it's hard to get a hold of them. You have to put yourselves in there shoes. There job isn't easy, 40 drivers on there board.. alot. So I either leave voice mail or QC message and he gets back to me promptly or within reasonable time.
Nice equipment, very well maintained. And the apus are a huge plus.
Fuel bonus and safety bonus. Already hit my fuel bonus twice it's monthly. Safety bonuses are quarterly and there is mileage incentives paid monthly for hitting the 18000 mark.
All in all im very happy with navajo express and will be here for a long time to come! Did I mention I love western 11 regional? Lol

 

I know right? I've stopped going to report a bad trucking company, Buzzkill but I do feel bad for most if those folks. I enjoy the road and want to be the best. What most people I think don't understand is its a stressful job either way you cut. You just have to be optimistic and do your research and find a company that best fits your needs and lifestyle. Not everything is gonna be roses and cupcakes right driver? Lol
