    Does anybody know how to reset the factory stereo in a 2015 International Prostar? Other than pulling the positive battery cable?

    If it can be removed with typical Ford-style chassis removal tools, you can pop it out that way, disconnect the harness and reconnect it after a few seconds. Or you can remove the corresponding breaker behind the panel directly in front of the passenger seat. Diagram should show you which one to pull. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it, I'm in the process of posting something that works much better :)
