    Quality Carriers would be best.
There's several other choices; why just those 3?

Are you in CDL school & do you have endorsements?

Why limit yourself to those choices? Have you been on craigslist?

QC you'll need 1 yr. exp. w/ decent mvr in dry van flatbed ect. and they'll hire and train you.
This is the best of the 3 mentioned

first of all, I would like to thank you all. I'm a CDL school student, none endorsement, QC they call me for a tanker local position none HAzmat, also there are only 25 mile far away to where I live. Those 4 companies who I did contact ...

I grew up just down the road from PTL in Kentucky, and when I was still new, I had considered leasing onto them with my truck. I can't speak for them now days, because I haven't heard much in the last few years, but back home they had quite a poor reputation, and I heard similar stories from their drivers on the road when we would meet up. Everyone I ever met from PTL was always considering leaving, or in the process of leaving. Your mileage may vary, of course. Do you research everywhere you can before you make a final decision. There are so many resources and such a wealth of information available to new drivers these days, you'd be absolutely amazed. So much different than when I started.
