reckless driving questions

Ive seen it other places also, but as for the speed of 75 used, refer to the theoretically part, if you would have read all of the posts, you would see what I really was asking about also. Where I'm from, it is 20 plus over the speed limit. It wasn't driving a truck and nothing said reckless driving on it or indicated that I would have a reckless driving charge. The point is that Virginia can set reckless driving speeds no matter what the posted speed is. It could be 5 mph over what ever the speed limit is.
Just trying to get that info out now. I don't speed any more, too costly and yes, you don't make any better time.
