I found Samsung 24" LED TV that need 14V to work.
Can someone tell me can I buy laptop DC charger that works on 14V and have enough Amp and Watts to power TV directly from cigarette lighter?

    Thank you.

You should be able to, they do not draw that much current

The TV should have it's own 14V adapter that plugs in to 120VAC. You could use a cheesy inverter because as the previous poster said they draw little current.

    Thanks for advices.
I bought that TV and 150w inverter and it works perfectly.
But I have problem with antenna. I connected it in TV but I doesn't work.

Does anybody know where is the other end of antenna in Volvo Vnl 780.

It is probably and old style VHF antenna, you might have to hook up a separate 'digital' antenna because no one broadcasts on the old VHF anymore.

It's asking for 14 volts but there should be some variance in it. I've seen a 12 volt TV that was rated from 9-23 volts before.

    KB3MMX Thanks this.
