The sleeper airbag has a small leak. How do I replace it? How do I keep the sleeper lifted when I take it off? Should I replace that shock too? Should I replace both or just the one.

Place a piece of lumber under cab, use a jack to lift and hold, replace bag... If the shocks have been on a long time, check and replace a required...

If its a Prostar better price that thing first. White's in NC quoted me 710.00 with fleet discount for one side.

I think on a Prostar, the shock is part of the unit...or at least it goes up thru the middle, so if it is a little tough to change, I'd change both.

Have never changed one on a Prostar...on a Century it takes longer to find your jack then it does to replace it.

I have the same problem. '02 9400i. I've already bought the bags, fittings, and air line just in case. But I cant figure if the bags are replace individually, or the entire leveling assembly has to be removed from the truck, then replaced.
    Where is HeavyD?

at the back of sleeper use a 2x4 an put between the rubber bumper an the frame to hold up the sleeper. then take the air lines off. unscrew the bags, then pry then the bag down. then put new ones on .it easy to replace . I would not replace the shock unless its leaking oil. I have a 9400i I've changed then twice

Ahh! They unscrew. I thought they did when I saw the threaded hole on the bottom. I asked the parts guy about this when bought the bags, but he couldn't tell me. He the same bag may be used in other applications, and he didn't know if mine were screw on or not.
Should I be able to unscrew them by hand? It's tight under there.
