Without making this a thread bashing Dennys and Country Pride/Iron Skillet. What are some restaurants that you wish appeared in truck stops more often, or at all.
Id love to see more mexican restaurants, they are usually fast, friendly, affordable. And truckers seem to love mexican food, not sure why there aren't more truck stops with them in them..
Another is Little Caesars, granted there are a handful out there with one in them, but they are far and few between. They usually have select pizzas prepared ahead of time, and here lately they seem to have stepped up their game and put more toppings on their pizzas truly making them a bargain in the $5-$10 range. Affordable and fast, would work well in trucks stops I would think, even if they jacked the price up the typical 10-30% it would still be a good deal compared to Pizza Hut Express.
