    You can still purchase them. Why a company would, is beyond me.

    In Europe, I can understand their total vehicle length laws. North America ditched those rules decades ago. No need to cramp a driver here in some POS cab-over...

    Rip driver Anyone who drives that road knows that most are exceeding speed limit by a large margin and tailgating .. It's actually rare that someone isn't tailgating through there

    In Europe the COE's have higher standards in safety.
    While it doesn't safe all,it does help.

    New York State, and New York City both have total vehicle length laws when you travel on roads that aren't Interstate highways. In NYC, the total vehicle length is only enforced when something else gets the attention of NYPD - like when you hit or damage something or someone. In New York State, it's enforced on a whim.
