Roehl flatbed ?

    Yes, your 3 years will count. When I was there 5 years ago, 3 years was 9 cpm above the bottom pay. I've read that pay currently is $.34 for Van. When I was there, Flat bed paid 3 cpm more than Van. If this is all the true today, then that would put you at $.46.

    Thanks for your reply. From the sounds of it I'd need to average over 3000 miles a week to stay even with my current income, and from some posts in the Roehl forum it sounds like fleet average is closer to 2000-2200.

    I may need to bite the bullet and take a pay cut to get back home, but I'll keep looking.

    Well, you won't get rich at Roehl, but they are good to you with home time. They do pay for tarping, extra stops, etc.

    I heard Maverick is a decent company for flat bed as well. With only 1 year exp it's $.47. So, maybe around $.50 for 3 years? Not sure where their hiring locations are though.
