Soon to go to orientation and ill be running out of their Florence, SC Service Center. I'm assuming this is a newer Service Center because I don't see it on there map of them. For those not familiar its right on I95 about 90 minutes below the NC line.

Just wondering if anyone has experience from this area, how many miles I can expect, where most of my runs will be, what amenities the SVC has (shop specifically?), is there a decent amount of freight coming back towards this area as far as me getting home each weekend(I know I cant expect every weekend but at least 90% or so?)?

The reason you can't find it on there map is because it is listed as the (DAR) Darlington, Sc service center. I can't help you out any more then that because in the two years i have been with averitt i have never had to go there. But according to service center directory it does not have fuel or a shop there.

    DC843 Thanks this.

I have never been there , but it being on 95 I'm sure that there is plenty of freight going through there to get you home

Florence is not 90 minutes from NC border. More like 35-40 minutes
