Bought this BP 250 3 years ago. Man that thing was tough. Dropped numerous times, stepped on, objects falling on it. Lost the little fluffy mic thingy years ago. The little side panels fell off, the volume up and down didn't work anymore, had to use the phone, the little Parrot emblem fell off. It had a small crack in it but it kept on working. Till today, so I held a memorial service and promptly went in and bought another one.

Blue Parrot is the only headset I would recommend and the only one I'll ever buy. 3 years, lots of abuse but it did it's best.

Oh yeah I didn't even touch on that. Before the BP I had a regular earpiece and my wife used to comment that she could never tell anymore when I was driving once I got the BP. Talk and listening quality is superb. Everything about them is superb.

Mine is still going strong - I think maybe 4 years now? I was considering an upgrade to a 350, but I'm chintzy, so not till it quits.

Still holds charge for at least a days yakking, 2 or 3 on standby. Sadly my fluffy bunny mic thingy quit too. Great headset.

I never had any luck with mine so I threw it out the window and then bought a plantronics blue tooth. Much happier now.

I bought the 350. Honestly, while it does a few things better, namely actually saying the words "power on/off" and "device connected" I probably should have just bought another 250. But I wanted to show support for a great product.

    tucker Thanks this.

I have the 350 also. After a few dabs of superglue the ear foam and mic foam no longer fall off. Also I can listen to my audio books through it.
