Just went through orientation in Carlisle PA and was told $0.34 cpm for per diem pay and $0.36 per mile for regular pay.

25 current years of otr experience? You'll probably start out at whatever SNI tops out at (somewhere around .41-.46) but it all depends on how long you've been out of trucking, your record, etc.

I think it's different for everyone. I started out at like 32 cents per mile and now I'm at 39 cpm (hit that at my 1-year mark).
