18 day interview. That is what they say it is. First day will complete or end your application process. Get through that and then start orientation. Week of class. Week of road training. Week of class. You're scrutinized to an extent the whole time. Just be safe, be professional, be sober and be on time. You'll enjoy it and be annoyed at times but you gotta do it. Good luck.
gentleroger and mickeyrat Thank this. -
I better not go with a trainer... 6 months solo and they want me to go with a trainer?
-
if they considered you as experienced then no you wont.
-
They have different programs for experienced and inexperienced.
-
With 6 months experience you shouldn't need to go with a trainer unless you meet one of two criteria:
1) You're signing on o an account that has special needs - think Home Depot and the moffit trucks.
2) You struggle with the road tests first week. Think hitting curbs, not coupling the "Schneider Way" and giving the OSR attitude about it, etc.Friday Thanks this.
