Schneider Paid CDL Training - Ohio

So I definitely need to try getting into school come january then. Though I get the strong feeling that it is going to be a pain the back side to try and get and interview in the middle of december. Just had a thought as well. I wonder if their "75 miles from Wintersville" is driving miles or Radius. If it is radius I'm only 1.62 miles out of the zone. If it is driving miles then I definitely need to move.

 

The move is less scary now that I have been finding some affordable housing down that way. Less than $600/month. And some of them are even "No Lease" so that if I transfer to OTR after 6 months I'll be able to move again without bailing on a lease agreement.

 

LMAO. Currently I'm a delivery driver for Domino's and I swear to all of the gods that my Big boss (Owner) got routing lessons from Schneider. Last night he sent me 5 miles south to drop one delivery and then 12 miles north to drop a second one "because then I can have this other guy take the two closer ones and get back into the store quicker" SMH. Well at leastI'm used to it already

 

Here is another question. Since it seems that Wintersville is mostly WM Reefers does that mean you wind up with an idle exemption? Remember I'm a newb and figure the truck must be idling to keep the reefer going. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
