Schnieder National and 2290's

I'm getting ready to sign on with Schneider as an Owner Op with my own truck. I'm to this O/O game. They're asking me to fill at 2290 stamped and paid the IRS. What are they talking about?

 

Ok, so where do I pay? And i have to pay $550 a year up front? I just bought my truck a week ago.

 

Look at the IRS site you gave me. don't have an office near by. So I print up the form and mail it in? Or there a way I can pay online?

Yes i did. I'm trying to figure out how to pay this online. #### irs site is confusing.
