    I have been with SLT for 18 months and I have had enough! Teams get $160.00 a day plus mileage. Solo's are lucky to get 1000 miles a week! Zero stand by, lay over and you have to fight for your $800.00 guarantee! The last 90 days, my weekly pay averaged $350! Sales staff are rude, ignorant and promise 750 mile over night runs. I have had 4 different dispatchers and never know who my dispatcher is.

    When job searching I immediately eliminate any company with a guarantee. Companies are not stupid, and they are not going to loose on a guarantee. Most of what I have heard has you doing circus clown tricks to get your guarantee.

    I find this hard to believe I have been there for 2 years now and it's on of the best company's out there, and some of the best office personal you can find, freight has been slow for all the DOD company's SLT had just bought out TSMT a few weeks ago.

    SLT is one of the best company's out there, I have been there for 2 years now, if your not making money here, there is something wrong with you, not the company, I have the best Dispacher I have ever had (Mike s) he is on top of every load, keeps up with your loads, and works hard to keep you moving, then the CEO of SLT John Wilbur, is the best any driver can call him on his cell phone or email and he is all ways there to help out, SLT is one of the best company's I have ever worked for.

    The deal was finalized 3 weeks ago, Roadmaster group the owner of SLT out of Glendale, AZ. Purchased TSMT. They also have a 5 year lease with a 30 option on the TSMT terminal.
