Depends. If you can better yourself in the long term yes, if not, no, unless there is a mitigating issue not revealed.

 

Unless there is an opening somewhere for LINE-HAUL than you would be taking a serious pay cut going to another common carrier. Revenue that would disappear right off the bat would be Yearly Profit Sharing, 2 weeks paid vacation .....(You have already ran those numbers though).

 

I don't know should you quit?Crete can't be too bad if you've been there 8 yrs If it's for another driving job I doubt you'll do any better.Give us reasons why you ask this question then ill cast my vote.
