"Smart" parking(in Norway)

    Was driving from Oslo to Bergen with a combined load of fruit, vegetables and. Had 3 places to unload, and found this parked at the last place.

    He/she was blocking one of the two ramps we can use to unload at night.
    When I came I was allready a little over my 15hour limit, and there was one truck unloading and one truck waiting for the first truck to be finished.
    This idiot caused me to be another 30 minutes over the limit, causing med to work almost 16 hours that day.
    Luckily if we keep it under one hour over here, we only get a warning.

    Had the same problem in Tennessee one time. Couple of guys in receiving took the drive shaft out and pushed it out of the way.They didn't know who the car belonged to.
