How'd you find that out? Sounds about right though...
Anyway, this stuff smelled just like diesel. I'm thinking he put the baking soda in something other than water...
I wouldnt spend $20 on any metal polish anyway. I use mothers for $5 a can....cough... -
cool beans, i'ma try that on my wheels when i get back.. -
Had a guy try to sell me some metal polish at a Pilot in Alabama a while back except it was blue and not white and turned the oxidation black. He claimed it was what "Nascar" uses. Non-abrasive, safe for painted surfaces, bla, bla, bla. Well just to get him to polish more of my truck I acted somewhat interested. He thought he had me hooked til I told him I didnt have any cash lol! The stuff was pretty amazing though. The spots he polished are still shiny as when he polished them two months ago.
expedite_it and RAILSPLITTER Thank this. -
reading about how the spots are still staying shiny makes me wanna buy some if offered it.

Really, if any polish turns black when polishing aluminum, it *works*... -

Am i noticing a pattern with PILOT?
Hey i'm parked at a pilot somewhere in kentucky right now, nobody tried to sell me anything yet... -
No, it's a problem with any truck stop near a large city.
It's very rare that a country truck stop will have panhandlers.RAILSPLITTER Thanks this. -
