Add to that a torque converter lock up switch is a must. And well your at active the exhaust brake. Both require a toggle switch, few feet of wire and about 20 minutes.

That's really just a car trailer. With a all steel deck freight will want to slide on it, and it's not even 102" wide like most freight brokers, and shippers will want. I wouldn't use it for hot shotting myself.

There's people that run steel deck trailers moving freight. I have a few times years ago. Really didn't care for it. In my opinion you're on the right track though with the low profile part.

If low profile is what you're after you can get a brand new trailer like this from www.thetrailerguys.com for right at $8,000.00 . It's pretty much all we run here.

Here's a few pics of the ones we run.

markk and Big Texas Transport Thank this.

These trailers have 40' of deck space, 102" wide, have 8' ramps, a toolbox in the neck, chain racks on the neck, d rings between the fenders. And they weigh right at 7,500 lbs from the factory. If you talk to the dealer ask for Chase and tell him Gary told you to call. We send a lot of business his way and he'll treat you right.

Highway MARINE and mchlshltz Thank this.
