I was given an offer from JB Hunt to come drive fro them after i finish school in their dedicated intermodal division. The offer is only for military veterans and starts at .55cpm - .58cpm. What should i know going into this division?
Sounds to good to be true

Its a dedicated intermodal job, so yea i believe so.

i think if i understood it correctly its a 4-6 day out gig. but for that pay i can't complain too much. What should i be careful about in intermodal freight?

What else do they pay for besides mileage? I do rails here in Chicago and there's lots of wait times at the rails for various reason. I get paid hourly and wouldn't do it any other way as a company driver. Home many miles are they saying you will get weekly?

other pay options i don't know, but mileage is supposed to be 2500+
