Stuff for MY truck! Fridge, microwave, slow cooker?

Actually not a given and, I'm not talking about whatever it is we all use to write trip no's etc ... in.

I use a specific notebook that I can go back to later... kinda like my bible.


BTW .. near Victorville but, I lived in Yucca for a while in 08 and 09.

Paperback copy, didn't know they had an online version I'll have to check that out. I use this for stuff like shopping on the road, restaurants, entertainment, etc..... Usually just use the truckstop directory guide to find one of those when i need too.

Get a cooler, a fan and a lunch box cooker. You've already got the atlas but buy the truckstop book.


Take your laptop and did you say you have a cb?

Splurge and buy the detergent, softner laundry sheets. You put it in with the wash take it out after the clothes dry. No spill, no fuss. Worth the money.


Take cookies.

 

make sure you have a CB, I don't care if you spend big cash, your going to want atleast a cheap set-up thats tuned, so you can use at shippers and recievers and in traffic, etc.

 

That CB will save you a lot of time very often when it comes to back ups and getting around it

 

Logan76, I hadn't heard about CBs being tuned. Would you explain what tuning is done and who tunes CB units? Thanks.

 

Peaked and tuned means its just setup to get a little more power out and its better because its also aligned and that lowers your SWRs and the radio works better.

Here ya go this is who I use for CBs and all my tuning on my radios.
Rolling Radios: William phone is 804-640-1851 he can hook you up with a nice cheaper radio like a uniden or a cobra and it will get out nice and far and be really clear.
