Last time I had a problem with a dealership I call freightliner Corp. office that dealer was pissed but they dropped 10hrs labor charge to two hours. Then asked me to call Corp. back and tell them problem was resolved.

Yes that's what Im looking for and I still see some trucks with pre emission in 2007 models but maybe a glider or ... idk but yeah no emission for sure

You will need to file suit in the jurisdiction the faulty work was done at.

@mcdsobe some states allow you to up the amount if you win the case to cover legal fees plus the faulty work fee as well.

Well that sucks! Kenworth did a botched job on an overhaul a couple years back on the truck I bought. Seems the nice folks over at Kenworth dropped in a 95 re-manufactured 3406e in the old 93 w900l with a 3 yr warranty, which is still good till sept.
