Last time I had a problem with a dealership I call freightliner Corp. office that dealer was pissed but they dropped 10hrs labor charge to two hours. Then asked me to call Corp. back and tell them problem was resolved.
Those calls to corporate office screw up a dealership

    mcdsobe Thanks this.

If you're looking for it a Pre-Emission Truck you actually you need to buy a 2003 or older.

You will need to file suit in the jurisdiction the faulty work was done at.

    pusherman and mcdsobe Thank this.

Pre-Emission means no DEF, DPF, EGR or Regeneration.

A 2007 might be Pre Emission if it was a Glider.

    pusherman Thanks this.

@mcdsobe some states allow you to up the amount if you win the case to cover legal fees plus the faulty work fee as well.

Sorry to hear that but U r a luckier than me... i have an extended " NTP " protection that doesnt cover anything so i ended paying $2856 for 1st repair and $3734 for 2nd one and 2 weeks of hotel $104 per day... you do the math, its stressing me more :)

Well that sucks! Kenworth did a botched job on an overhaul a couple years back on the truck I bought. Seems the nice folks over at Kenworth dropped in a 95 re-manufactured 3406e in the old 93 w900l with a 3 yr warranty, which is still good till sept.
