I bought a set of singles off eBay yes I know Internet and tirespecially don't mix. Arrived today rims were plus 2. My question is can I run a plus 2 rim on my drivers with no I'll effects. I've searched and searched I've heard of bearing problems on trailers but they're mixed on the tractor side weather you can run them or not.

I have 2 inch offset on truck and trailer. Actually we have 2 inch offset on all equipment. I can't say there's any issues with them. At least none that we've experienced. Dad has had them since 2006 if that helps any.

A friend of mine has some local silage haul trucks. They have larger offsets, run heavy, look retarded, have no bearing problems.

Thanks for the replies. My trailer has singles with 0 offset I don't know jack about singles I bought them to try and figured for what I paid I couldn't go wrong. I was just concerned when the rims showed up and I measured the offset that I would have problems if I ran them on my drivers.

Flipping the 2' off sets (valve stem in ) gives basically 1/2 offset. The 2 ' off set causes more axle flex. Not a issue with the heavier axles.

Looks don't bother me too much tbh. I did the same bought mine off ebay I have 4 xda2 tires at 20/32 which is pretty good and the rims for 2300 after shipping. My thoughts were even with rims that would be unusable Bauer built after discounts and trade was still going to be over $4000 and I'd have 8 tires laying around I could do 0 with because they won't take them for carcasses. As it sits now I'm going to be in this deal for about $500 out of pocket and hopefully if all goes right shave about 300 lbs from my truck. So I hope it'll turn into a win win situation. Yet to be seen I guess. I don't think it looks stupid on your truck if you ask me I don't know much about singles and such but I actually kinda like the tire sitting in farther as opposed to out maybe I'm weird I don't know.

Thank you for the reply and the advise BTW that was a great thread you wrote I read it a while ago #### informative.

Thanks and have a wonderful thanksgiving.
