    Hired Swamp Fox to haul my 2010 Prius from CT. to NC. One month later started receiving tickets, pictures and fines for driving my car and not stopping to pay tolls from EZ Pass. They were paid to haul the car not drive it. So far fines and tickets have totaled more than $160. Kinya M has blocked my calls and tells his secretary not to take my calls. He has not addressed the fines or offered to pay them. Do not hire this company because they are far from being trustworthy. Still waiting for the company to "call me back" and make it right. This happened June 24, 2016.

    I read somewhere that a car that was on a car-hauler was picked up by toll cameras as not having paid the tolls even though it was on the trailer. Is it possible this is what happened?

    Yes, that is possible. It happens to us from time to time, however we take care of the issue for the customer no questions asked. Usually EzPass will send a photo along with the violation so the OP should know if the car was driven or hauled. If it was driven after paying for hauling he has a good case against the transport company for sure. Good luck.

    I'm no lawyer, but unauthorized use of a motor vehicle is a crime, and if some yahoo at this transport outfit is driving the OP's car around knowing they won't be on the hook for tolls anywhere, then someone needs to he prosecuted for that.

    We had the pictures with the tires on the ground driving through all the tolls. Reported to the Federal DOT who is contacting them. Will see what happens. Though no response from Swamp Fox. DON'T USE THEM. Rcommended by Florida AAA. Have reported to them also. MikeNC
