    Without sounding condescending or bashing, Im trying to simply ask those who have been through their academies, the pros and cons? Ive heard numerous negative comments in other assorted truckers forums and in trying to keep an open mind, but wanted to hear from this forum, their thoughts. Thanks~~

    the only thing is about opinions, they are like the excrement blow hole. everyone has at least one.

    you can take a person, from anywhere in this country, give him a job and he will not be satisfied, if he orders breakfast cereal at the truck stop, and he get's toast instead, then blame that on his company, as if they kept him moving, he'd be eating ham and egg's instead.

    everyone gripes about something.

    so read the pro's and con's with a grain of salt, and maybe a dash of pepper as well.

    then read between the lines. if each and every starter company were THAT bad......why do some stay for years and years..????

    good luck, you're gonna get an earful.

    You might also check "Trucking Companies " above under the main forum tab for the Swift forum . You'll get info from Swift drivers without all the bs about other companies you should be looking at instead of Swift .
