Where is your favorite place to have services done, swift terminal or otherwise?

What does it cost for an A or B service where you go?

Which oil and filters do you prefer? (Not which is "better", that thread will never end....sheesh.)

I was thinking this could be a good outlet for newer L/O or O/O to compare service prices and get more seasoned people's opinions and hear their experiences.

TA/Petre for service ... we get the The Ultimate for the price of the basic. ... almost always get done on a 10 ... sometimes just pop in.

    Swift shops can take days.

No, but I don't want an oil thread. Lol. No good can come of it.

Sounds like a slippery slope argument.

Same here as Mystic, Petro/TA and sometimes Speedco. Never a terminal and after what I paid for one at a dealer, never again

Yup, just walked out the door of goodyear, full service pm, Rotella and baldwin filters.

268 and some change. No complaints. I will admit I prefer speedco from a customer service point of view, plus they do oil analysis on site. But the closest one was indianapolis.

Don't forget to double check their work. Make sure filters are tight, oil level is where it should be and check your grease zerks to see if they have been hit.
Most mechanics get paid by the job. not by the hour, and can be in a bit of a hurry. Can easily forget something.
