There is a report from the Teamsters that they have been trying to advance a 1 share 1 vote process with the swift bod. That is the reason Moyes has majority control while owning a minority of shares.

Interesting side note, Q1 2015 minus fsc of 120M, Swift had a revenue of 894M with only 44M for insurance/claims. They are making a metric #### ton of cash off things outside actual otr trucking.
