Does anyone know someone who works for these guys? I might have a contact with them and was wondering if it paid well and what the hours and such were like.

    Thanks

SWS is a good company, stable, lots of work to keep busy. Good benefits. Pay as expected.

No problem. Very doubtful, about WM, I've been with them a little more than 8 yrs not heard anything and noone else I know of either. If anything they'd be buying out waste management or similar type of company.

Even though they go after big contracts,
Each local service center usually has plenty of a local customer base for daily work and established long term local contracts to work on.
