So the AC blows, and it blows cold. Just not from the dash vents. It works great out of the defrost vents, floor vents, and everywhere in the sleeper but when switched to dash vents. No air at all! I am stumped! Has anyone encountered anything similar? Any information is good information at this point.

Don't have any problems with mine but I always run my on auto

Sounds like a blend door that is not moving properly.
Woodruffism Thanks this. -
there is an actuator in the (box) that controls the blend doors positions. it has a tendency to screw up. or the linkage for the doors is stripped out. set it on the position you want then turn the truck off for a while. 20 minutes or so. start back up and see if it is blowing out the vents you want. if so then it is the actuator that is bad.

2015 T680 just out of warranty
So disappointed in KW -
The gears which turn the blend door are made of plastic. Sometimes a foreign object gets jammed in there and ends up tearing those up. Sometimes the actuator itself takes a ####.
