May trade my T660 for a T680, I would like to know what you like and dislike about the truck. Not interested in drive train issues, I already know which drivetrain I will spec if I decide to trade. Thanks.

Salesman I have bought my last 4 trucks from. Had a demo model last year. Told me to try it for a week. In his words " you will love it more than your t660 studio or w900 with the studio". I did not like the trk at all I tried to keep an open mind. However I do not like a wide cab, second even with the single bunk and the cabinets above the bunk on back wall, no storage. Did not like the dash layout. Not enough guages. I like my 24 guages on the dash. Next closets were narrow and not of real value for me. Material and build quality felt cheap. To me it seems the t680 was KW's version of the junk freightliner cascadia. Built for the fleet truck market. I will not be buying one. I will keep my t660 even though this is last model year for them. All this I told the salesman. He looked deflated told him if this is what KW is offering. I will not be buying any more KW's.

Thanks, I drove one for about 20 minutes, I did like the flat floor in front of the seats. Felt like I had more leg room. Did the truck you drove have VIT interior?

Drove one for 3 months. The turning radius is ridiculously big and I didn't like the visibility. Ran decent though, had the mx13 and eaton autoshift. Fuel milage was average. I like a prostar/cummins combo better as far as aero trucks go

Yes it was fully loaded, with the vit interior. But had vinyl floors and i really love carpet throughout a truck. As I am a clean freak and don't wear shoes at all inside a vehicle keeping it clean is never an issue. Not sure if you can spec carpet in the whole trk?.

I think it's possible to get carpet up front, not sure, will ask if I decide to spec one out. Leaning towards staying in a T660.

What was your impression on how it drove, corner stability, handling in side winds and overall comfort compared to your 660?

It drove ok, didn't like the buffeting in
side winds, felt like i was on a rough sea. Body roll took a bit to get use too around curves even when at or below curve speed. It handled good just a bit different, didn't seem to turn as well as other trucks i have driven. But then i do drop and hook and no bumping docks.
But it was an ok truck just not something i personally would ever buy.

2015 with 310,000 miles.. My first impression was it was built cheap inside but after 22 months of some very rough Ontario roads it only has a small rattle I can't find yet.. If your a clean freak do NOT get swivel passenger seat and table combo I bet I have 10 pens somewhere under passenger seat. Table is useless and always in the way. Ride wise it's excellent the only annoying thing is a fair amount of emission lights that self clear after 600 miles or so

Glad to hear about only minor rattles, my 15 T660 with only 180,000 has some of those. No increase in wind noise since new?
