    Let me ask a sophomoric question here. Why not just save 10-20%, go to the bank and buy a truck??? Then if you would want to go to another carrier you can????

    If I was putting 20-40k away I would keep on doing it. Looking to have more comfort and control same job. Also don't want my credit attached to a truck.

    One of the problems I see with a lease is so clear. The truck is going to depreciate a certain amount regardless of who's name is on the title. The lessor has to make that amount plus a profit from the lease out of the driver's pocket. If the driver actually purchases a truck, he only eats the depreciation, not the lessor's profit as well.

    Totally off topic observation here. In your profile, your handle reads "Mystic HZ." But I noticed whenever someone quotes you, your handle appears in all caps. It took me a couple of seconds to figure out who "my stitches" (MYSTICHZ) was lol!!

    No really, all username are caps when quoted. My guess is yours will be when I post this. But then again, maybe I will remove and replace all of the lowercase letters in your username with the same letters in upper case.
