    Truckers beware tdc is a bad fit for any truck driver unless you like your last paycheck being taken by their supposed sign on bonus, when you decide that the company is a bad fit for you. Let's get into the details...
    For starters unless your an ### kisser or one of their favorite drivers you will get an old truck. Mine was not even clean when I started. Also you only will average between 1400, and 1600 miles per week unless you decide to work the weekends but even then your next week will be terrible. Stay away from this company I made a huge mistake working for them. They lie tell you everything you want to hear act nice to you call you family. My family wouldn't let my fiance and me starve. Tdc knew my situation, and took everyour bit of money I had owed to me avoid them like the plague.

    OP, you just came off July 4th holiday. It can get slow for some companies.
    Assuming you live around Joplin, you could go to Conway, and try to get on that LTL thing.

    Edit: And from what I have read on this Forum, it can be difficult to make a lot of money and be home every weekend. Maybe one day of the weekend.
