...but all you're running is
(It's a 19 LTD)
Guess I could get a 2018 mic and really convince 'em... heh heh heh.
That awkward moment when you make people think you have a big radio...

I had a Courier Rebel 23. Silly thing was the smallest CB I ever had. A guy tuned it up to 9 watts with 3 forward. 12 freggin watts... Then he put an Astatic 636L on it. I was driving a cabover International back in the 80's. People thought it was a base station. One fella said "Oh listen, some Winnabego thinks he's a big truck". He had a shock when he finally passed my slow company truck. I asked him how he liked my motor home. Back then noise canceling mikes were not that common and cab noise over the air was the norm. Everyone sounded like C.W. McCall lol

The electric element is worthless but the case, switch and housing is the valuable part. the element from a Telex 100TRA fits inside the case with a little creative engineering.

Right now I'm running my ranger SRA-198. Might toss the CR-577 back on the though.
Bout Z Thanks this. -
There's lots of quality microphones that are still made here in the United States that most people don't even know about that could be picked up for 10 bucks on eBay if you know what to look for.
