    I am on the program and it works very well. DDP Yoga along with my low carb high fat diet is doing great things to my waistline.

    I'm currently wrapping up the last month of my school. I have however done a lot of the moves inside the cab of my training truck. The moves make you more flexible, builds strength, and keeps your heart rate up. Because of the heart rate part you need to wear a heart rate monitor while doing the moves so you can be sure to stay in your fat burning zone.

    That's fantastic. I started low carb/Atkins in January 2013 at 325 and got lazy at 255. Leveled off at 265 for all of last year.
    But I'm really motivated to get down to my ideal of 215-225 (depending on who's opinion I listen to)

    I've recently discovered the LCHF emphasis and I'm trying that now. Also started calisthenics this week.

    I'm interested in this, I will say this though. I worked with DDP when I drove on the WCW tour, many nights after the events, I'd help DDP take his stuff out to his car, that was in 1999-2001. DDP looks better NOW, then he did then!!!
